Senior/ Lead Project Manager (5160)

Looking for a Sr. Program or Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation and tracking of multiple projects. This person will act as a central coordinator between both business departments and IT. The majority of these projects will be focused on IT deliverables and budget.



• Lead as well as manage 2-5 projects at the same time – Depending on size and amount of resources

• Develop and create a highly detailed work plan defining and identifying the sequences and activities needed to complete the project

• Determine the resources required to complete the projects – Money, Equipment, Time, Etc.

• Create and develop a schedule for project completion. It should allocate resources to the activities

• Design and develop forms/records to properly document project activities

• Set up files ensuring project info is documented and secured

• Create and establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders on progress

• Monitor as well as approve all budgeted project expenses



Required Skills:

• Experience driving SW development projects & launching of apps

• Experience using Google Apps, online SW management tools, spreadsheets, word processing, etc.

• Plan - Determine the strategies in order to move the organization forward. (Set goals, create & implement action plans and evaluate the process/results)

• Problem Solver - Assess any problem situations in order to identify the causes. (Gather then process relevant info, create possible solutions and make recommendations to resolve the problem

• Build Teamwork – Cooperatively & effectively work with others to set goals, resolve problems and make decisions to enhance the organizations effectiveness

• Creativity & Innovation – Come up with new & unique ways to improve operations of the organization.

• Make Key Decisions – Analyze situations and determine the importance, urgency and risks. Make clear decisions timely which improve the org.
